My wedding season seems to kick off earlier and earlier every year. Last year my first wedding of the season was at the end of February this year it is the start of February, next year I already have bookings for January! Its always a risk having your wedding earlier in the year, not just with the weather but also the short length of daylight hours and the quality of light. Winter is actually the most difficult time of year to shoot anything outside. Therefore, if you are thinking of cashing in on a discounted out of season wedding package, ensure you invest in an experienced photographer who knows how to handle working with the conditions that this time of year brings.
The first wedding of the year! Congratulations to Will & Clare who married in Ardleigh Church and then on to a private farm location in Essex for their reception. Another fantastic marquee event, with the ever so popular Tolbooth catering for the event. With a 250+ strong guest list it was a reasonably sized affair to which The Talent, amazing wedding band, got the party started and kept it going to the early hours of the morning. Here are a few shots from the day.
