It was a happy day for me; this was the first wedding of the season when it didn’t rain! It was beautiful sunshine the whole day! Usually I am a little bit apprehensive on bright sunny days, as any photographer worth their salt will tell you, it’s one of if not the single most difficult condition to shoot in. But i was so relieved I could get so great group shots outside, I ran with it! It was also a massive help that Ravenwood Hall in Suffolk has some great shaded areas, which the groomsmen were much appreciative of being in their suits.

I even had a chance to try one of my group shot ‘Stacks’, as they’ve become to be known. Which seem to be more and more popular since I first tried to shoot group shots differently since 2009. Have a look below and see what you think…
